About Me

I’m Rob Wilcox, a forty-something year old guy who gave up the high-level in Reading, Berkshire, and moved to Bude, North Cornwall.  I now work for QUADROtech, a Swiss-based software company ‘doing things the right way’.

I used to work for Symantec in what was called Engineering Support, then the Customer Focus Team for Enterprise Vault, and at the end, I worked in the Certification Team working with Windows 8. I have also worked in a dot COM consultancy, Microsoft (supporting Microsoft Exchange) and KPMG.

I have an interest in frogs, technology, and gardening, with a bit of photography thrown in along the way.

The information in this blog is purely my opinion, not an official opinion of QUADROtech, Symantec or any other company.
