Computer users often complain about the Microsoft Windows file copy and file move progress bars. They say that the progress bars don’t reflect AT ALL what is actually happening: the bar creeps along at a super slow rate, or sits sat 50% for hours, or goes beyond 100%, and many others like that. For a while now I’ve been using my Hackintosh to do video editing in iMovie, and other work related tasks.

Just now I spotted this, that I haven’t seen before:

It was slowly counting up the bytes to move …
It was 17 bytes OF ZERO BYTES at the time I took the screenshot …
The progress bar is at 100%
All very odd, all very ‘Windows-like’.
