One of the things which gets asked a few times a month is why is there is a difference between what Outlook Add-in version is shown in Add/Remove Programs, and in the Outlook Add-in itself.  Let me explain, if I can.

To illustrate the point look at the screenshot from my laptop:

It says .. 9.0.13531

Yet here we see something different:

And in the Client log file:

09/05/2012 06:07:10.965[2044][H]: Environment:
09/05/2012 06:07:10.965[2044][H]:     Enterprise Vault Client 9.0.3.1243.0 (HTTP)
09/05/2012 06:07:10.966[2044][H]:     Microsoft Windows 7  (Build 7600)
09/05/2012 06:07:10.966[2044][H]:     Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU       M 540  @ 2.53GHz Intel64 Family 6 Model 37 Stepping 5;
09/05/2012 06:07:10.966[2044][H]:     Microsoft Outlook 2010
09/05/2012 06:07:10.967[2044][H]:         [RPC over HTTP not enabled]
09/05/2012 06:07:10.967[2044][H]:     Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385

The *TRUE* Outlook Add-in version is what is displayed by the Add-in.  Ignore the version in Add/Remove Programs (or Programs and Features).  That is just an incremental number.
