There has been quite a few tweets, and discussions around how to compare Enterprise Vault with Exchange 2010.  To be honest I’ve seen a few internal-only comparison documents, and discussions.


In some respects I see it as comparing apples with oranges, since Enterprise Vault does soooo much more than Microsoft in the field of archiving.  However I know it’s a difficult decision for customers to make, especially ones which are entrenched in the world of Microsoft. 



Externally, one of the coolest comparisons that I have found so far is this article :


It is definitely worth having a look through the table as there are some good points, and also read through the comments.
