I found an interesting snippet today whilst reading about Aero Snap (in Windows 7). Aero Snap is the feature that lets you drag a window sort to the left of your monitor (or to the right) and it’ll glue it to the side of the screen and expand it a bit. (Try it! You’ll see what I mean).
The problem is on a multi monitor environment. When you have something on the left hand monitor, and you drag it to the left, it’ll aero snap, as described above. If you drag something towards the right hand side of the monitor it’ll whizz over to the second monitor.
The question then is how can you aero snap to EACH monitor in this situation?
The answer is that you can use the Windows Key + left-arrow, or Windows Key + right-arrow. Try it, it’s quite neat!
