The next item in the Vault Information dialog is the connection information.  The idea of this section is that it should show you some basic connectivity information, and type of connection that the Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in is using.

Here are two examples :

Again you can tie this information back to the client log file.

It is often useful to know which method the client is using to connect, either DCOM or HTTP as that will affect things like how and where items can be archived, and whether or not Enterprise Vault folder properties are available.
